This project focused on redesigning the admin experience to make branding settings more intuitive, accessible, and visually clear.

Smart Color Palette & Dark Mode
Previously, admins had to manually select colors for individual elements. To simplify this, I collaborated with the Design System team to develop a dynamic five-color system. 
Admins now select a primary brand color, and the system generates an accessible palette, automatically applying colors through design variables.
Branded Academy Emails
To maintain visual consistency, the email theme preview now mirrors the academy’s selected color palette, reinforcing brand identity across communications.
Sub-Brand Theming
Feedback revealed that some organizations needed variations for sub-brands. To prevent unnecessary clutter, I designed an intuitive toggle that reveals settings only when sub-brand customization is enabled.
Reception
The improvements were well received. Schoox’s Product Training Manager reported positive customer feedback, highlighting how the redesign made branding management more seamless and intuitive.
