Project goals
We wanted customers to have the ability to review information about their current jobs, such as their skill strengths. Additionally, users will be able to select a job they wish to pursue, follow it, view their strengths related to this job, and enroll in learning that will help them improve in it.
Through this, we will assist the user in following a Learning and Development (L&D) plan based on the training required to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve their career goals.

Career map and job paths
The new experience facilitates the evaluation of current job strengths against potential positions and provides actionable recommendations to advance your career. Selecting potential jobs reveals the career paths necessary to qualify for this role.

Current job analysis
To assess a customer's current position, I collaborated with Design Systems to create data visualizations that provide an overview of their progress in enhancing their skills and how their strengths compare to others in the organization.

Developing skills
We aimed to encourage customers to find resources that would enhance their proficiency in skills relevant to each job, thereby improving their overall job strength. Explore suggested courses, check the status of established goals, monitor coaching progress, and review the performance evaluations you have received for this position.

Closing the gap
Allowing customers to explore potential job opportunities initiates suggested actions to enhance their qualifications. I assisted in visualizing the gap between their current skill set and the requirements for the desired position. Additionally, I provided suggestions for training, goals, and coaches who can help them achieve this position.

Seeing your potential
Based on a customer's skill set, they can explore attainable careers within their organization. They can access the required skills, responsibilities, and prerequisite jobs needed before they can consider transitioning into this position.

The impact
"The user experience Schoox provided was super important in our decision for sure, because everything we do here in our organization, is focused on our customers."
It invited you to take training, it showed you 'Here's what's going on,' it was just easier to navigate. From a user experience perspective, we knew the user experience [with Schoox] was going to be better than what they currently had."
