View, manage, and annotate your team's learning resource libraries 

Project goals
Our first priority was to change the look and feel of the Resource Library experience to ensure that our customers will have an easy-to-use tool that will help them with their daily training. With the new UX patterns, navigating through the Resources should be easier and more intuitive.
We decided to introduce the concept of Personal Resources, empowering our users to effortlessly organize their learning journey. With just a few clicks, users can create custom folders and arrange resources by subject or topic. 
Main Objectives:
Significant UI/UX updates in the Learner Workspace's Resource Library.
Establish a Personal Resource Library for each academy and user.
Aim to clarify Library actions for Public and Personal library items within each workspace.

Resource previews
UX patterns for the course card previews were a collaboration between the Design Systems team and myself. Together we created UX patterns around streams, grid views, selection states and more. 

Library media item are versatile. Can be experienced as streams, grids, or lists; includes both viewing and selection modes.

Adding media to resource libraries
We designed a flow in which customers could add all necessary details as well as categorize their resource files during upload. On the detail pages, you can find useful actions for each media type, like adding subtitles to uploaded videos.

After the initial release, the customer success team identified a gap in our new experience that needed to be addressed to improve accessibility. Through close collaboration with the PM and Design Systems team, I was able to conceptualize and implement a comprehensive subtitle management feature for video and audio files.

The impact
We successfully completed and launched the enhanced Resource Library along with the new Learner Workspace experience, receiving excellent feedback from customers.
Due to the release of the new Learner and Social workspace, Schoox experienced excellent customer retention in 2024, exceeded its revenue goals, and maintained over 95% user satisfaction. 
Thanks to these renewed contracts, Schoox achieved $7 million in revenue growth from 2023 to 2024, marking a significant milestone of reaching $50,000,000!
