Academy Resource Management
This redesign involved exploring how customers add, categorize, find, edit, and annotate their uploaded media. This media is used as the building blocks of learning experiences.
Resource previews
UX patterns for the course card previews were a collaboration between the Design Systems team and myself. Together we created UX patterns around streams, grid views, selection states and more.
View options
To ensure good orientation, strong writing and UX patterns were important when designing the various viewing experiences.
Filters and categories
Collaboration between PMs, the Design System team, and myself helped to create patterns for filtering and category management which would be utilized across the rest of the product.
Bulk editing
To help keep their academy resources tidy, customers needed an experience for editing multiple resources at once.
Adding media to your resources
I designed a flow in which customers could add all necessary details as well as categorize their resource files during upload. On the detail pages, you can find useful actions for each media type, like adding subtitles to uploaded videos.
